Working with Travis was an ABSOLUTE pleasure. We were replacing 500 sq ft of carpet for luxury vinyl plank. His bid was simple (a flat number) and competitive. More than anything, I felt very comfortable that he knew his stuff. He even pointed me to a comparable product (no commission involved) that saved me a chunk of change. Scheduled me on short notice. Did everything he said he would on the promised timetable. Was responsive and helpful in all our communication.

The new flooring came out awesome. Travis  assured me, should any issues crop up, he'd come back and address them. 

He even returned extra product to the store for me.

Really really good job. Travis was the ideal person to help me with my first floor insulation in my new house. I’m grateful that Travis took the time to explain to me all the different options I had: flooring, types, glue/nail/floating, direction, and baseboard options. This was very different from another installer that I was talking to, who didn’t mention any of these things. Travis was extremely responsive and professional in working with me from the time he provided quote through completion of the project. The remarkable part for me was that Travis worked through all of the project details over the phone (I was out of the country). I found Travis to be thoughtful, flexible, communicative and very responsive over the course of the 2-3 weeks from bid to completion.
